How TableNumber.in service is delivered

This Service Delivery Policy explains how TableNumber.in delivers digital SaaS access, restaurant setup, QR menu configuration, onboarding, and support. No physical shipping is involved.

1. Digital Service Only

TableNumber.in is a digital SaaS platform for restaurants. We provide online access, restaurant setup, onboarding, QR ordering tools, live table management, kitchen workflow, staff operations, and billing support.

No physical product is shipped as part of the standard SaaS service. Therefore, standard shipping charges, courier tracking, and physical delivery timelines do not apply.

2. What We Deliver

Depending on the selected service, trial setup, onboarding, or subscription plan, TableNumber.in may deliver:

  • Restaurant account setup
  • Restaurant dashboard access
  • QR menu setup or demo configuration
  • Table setup and basic restaurant settings
  • Kitchen workflow access
  • Staff/order workflow setup
  • Billing workflow configuration
  • Basic onboarding and support guidance

3. Delivery Timeline

After trial confirmation, payment confirmation where applicable, and receipt of required restaurant details, trial setup or onboarding access is usually provided within 1–3 working days.

Delivery time may vary depending on menu size, table setup requirements, completeness of restaurant details, technical complexity, custom configuration needs, and support availability.

4. Information Required from Restaurant

To complete setup properly, the restaurant may need to provide:

  • Restaurant name and contact details
  • Restaurant logo, if available
  • Menu items, categories, item prices, and item details
  • Table numbers or basic table layout details
  • Tax, service charge, discount, or billing preferences
  • Owner or staff login email details
  • Any special setup requirements

5. Delay Due to Missing Information

If required information is incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or not provided by the restaurant, service delivery may be delayed.

TableNumber.in will not be responsible for delays caused by missing restaurant details, incorrect menu information, wrong contact details, delayed communication, or incomplete setup requirements from the restaurant side.

6. Delivery Method

Service access may be delivered digitally through website login, restaurant dashboard access, onboarding communication, phone, WhatsApp, email, or demo setup link.

QR codes, restaurant links, login access, and account setup details may be shared digitally after setup or onboarding is completed.

7. Support During Setup

We may provide setup guidance and support through phone, WhatsApp, email, or online communication.

Support availability may depend on working hours, onboarding queue, technical complexity, plan type, and active service status.

8. Custom Setup Timeline

If a restaurant requires custom setup, special configuration, menu entry work, design adjustments, custom workflow changes, or restaurant-specific development, delivery time may be longer than standard setup.

Custom timelines may be discussed separately before or after payment depending on the requirement.

9. Service Activation

A service may be considered delivered or activated once restaurant access, demo setup, QR menu setup, dashboard access, login access, or onboarding support has been provided.

Restaurants are advised to test their setup and report any setup issues during the onboarding period.

10. No Physical Shipping

TableNumber.in does not ship physical products as part of its standard SaaS service.

If any physical item such as printed QR stand, table card, branding material, or marketing material is offered separately in the future, its delivery terms may be shared separately.

11. Technical Access Requirements

The restaurant is responsible for having internet access, supported devices, browser access, and staff availability required to use the TableNumber.in platform.

Service delivery may be affected if the restaurant has poor internet connectivity, unsupported devices, browser limitations, or local technical restrictions.
