1. About TableNumber.in

TableNumber.in is a restaurant SaaS platform that helps restaurants manage QR-based ordering, live table status, kitchen workflow, staff operations, and billing support.

By using TableNumber.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Who Can Use the Service

TableNumber.in is intended for restaurants, cafes, food service businesses, and authorized staff members of those businesses.

The restaurant owner or authorized manager is responsible for all activity done through their restaurant account.

3. Restaurant Account Responsibility

Restaurants are responsible for keeping login details safe and for allowing only authorized staff to access the system.

• Do not share owner or admin login access with unauthorized people.
• Use correct restaurant details, menu details, prices, taxes, and billing preferences.
• Update staff access when employees leave or change roles.
• Inform us quickly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Restaurant Menu, Pricing, and Billing Details

The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its menu items, item prices, taxes, service charges, discounts, and billing details entered into the system.

TableNumber.in provides software tools to manage these details, but the restaurant remains responsible for verifying and using correct information for its customers.

5. Customer Orders and Restaurant Service

TableNumber.in helps restaurants receive and manage orders digitally. The actual food preparation, service quality, delivery of food, customer handling, and final billing decisions are the responsibility of the restaurant.

TableNumber.in is not responsible for food quality, restaurant service delays, wrong food preparation, or disputes between restaurant customers and the restaurant.

6. Trial Setup and Onboarding

TableNumber.in may offer a trial setup or onboarding service to help restaurants test QR ordering, table control, kitchen workflow, and billing features.

Trial setup may require the restaurant to provide menu details, table details, logo, contact details, and basic restaurant configuration information.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Setup Fee

TableNumber.in may offer a 7-day guided trial for the selected plan. Setup fee and subscription charges are generally collected when the restaurant activates a paid plan after trial, unless a separate paid setup, custom onboarding, or special configuration arrangement is agreed.

Setup fee is charged for account setup, QR/menu configuration, staff access setup, billing configuration, onboarding, and related setup work. Once setup work has started, setup fee is generally non-refundable as explained in the Refund Policy.

If a restaurant cancels and later reactivates the same old TableNumber account, setup fee is not charged again when setup fee was already paid, waived, or covered for that account. If the restaurant upgrades to a higher plan, only the remaining setup-fee difference, if any, may be charged.

Payment terms, renewal terms, setup fee, yearly pricing, and plan details may be shared separately on the website, invoice, payment page, billing page, or onboarding communication.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Active paid subscription cancellation requests are reviewed by TableNumber support and may be scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period.

Monthly, yearly, or recurring subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method according to the Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse TableNumber.in or attempt to damage, copy, hack, overload, reverse engineer, or access parts of the system without permission.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to other restaurant accounts.
• Do not upload false, illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Do not interfere with system security, database rules, or service availability.

10. Service Availability

We try to keep TableNumber.in reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

The platform may be affected by internet issues, hosting issues, third-party service issues, maintenance, updates, bugs, or unexpected technical problems.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update, improve, remove, or modify features of TableNumber.in based on technical needs, security requirements, customer feedback, or business decisions.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or restrict access if a restaurant account is misused, unpaid, used for illegal activity, or creates security or operational risk.

Restaurants may also request cancellation according to the applicable cancellation policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

TableNumber.in is a software service provider. We are not liable for restaurant food quality, restaurant operations, customer disputes, incorrect menu pricing entered by the restaurant, staff mistakes, or business losses caused by restaurant-side usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the restaurant for the relevant service period.

14. Privacy

Use of TableNumber.in is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled according to applicable Indian laws and jurisdiction.
