How cancellations work
This Cancellation Policy explains how restaurants can cancel trial setup, onboarding, subscriptions, or paid services for TableNumber.in.
1. About This Cancellation Policy
TableNumber.in provides digital SaaS services for restaurants, including QR ordering, live table management, kitchen workflow, staff operations, and billing support.
This policy explains how cancellation requests are handled for free trial access, onboarding, subscriptions, custom setup, and paid services.
2. Free Trial and Trial Closure
A standard trial does not require a subscription cancellation because no recurring subscription is active during the trial period. If the restaurant does not activate a paid plan before the trial ends, access may expire or become restricted automatically.
If a restaurant wants its trial account closed earlier, it may contact TableNumber support. Trial closure requests may be reviewed manually. Since no setup fee is charged before the standard trial unless separately agreed, no refund is applicable for a normal free trial.
If paid setup, custom onboarding, special configuration, or subscription payment has already been made, cancellation and refund eligibility will be handled according to the Refund Policy.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Restaurants may request cancellation of their active paid subscription before the next billing cycle from the restaurant billing page, where available, or by contacting TableNumber support.
Submitting a cancellation request does not instantly stop restaurant access. The request is reviewed by TableNumber support. If approved for an active paid subscription, cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period.
Until the paid period ends, the restaurant may continue using owner panel, waiter screen, kitchen display, staff ordering, and customer QR ordering, unless access is restricted due to misuse, non-payment, security reasons, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Renewal Cancellation
If recurring billing or renewal is enabled, restaurants should request cancellation before the next renewal date.
Cancellation requests received after renewal payment is processed may be reviewed according to our Refund Policy.
5. Custom Setup or Special Work Cancellation
Custom setup, special configuration, menu entry work, restaurant-specific changes, or custom development may not be cancelled once work has started.
If custom work has not started, cancellation may be reviewed on request.
6. How to Request Cancellation
Restaurants can request subscription cancellation from the TableNumber restaurant panel, where available, or by contacting us through email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Cancellation requests may require the following details:
- Restaurant name
- Registered phone number or email
- Payment details, if applicable
- Reason for cancellation
- Feedback or additional details, if requested
- Requested cancellation date, if applicable
Submitting a cancellation request from the restaurant panel does not automatically cancel access immediately. The request is reviewed by TableNumber support.
7. Cancellation Processing Time
Cancellation requests are usually reviewed within 2–5 working days after receiving the required details.
If any refund is applicable, it will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension for Misuse or Non-Payment
TableNumber.in may suspend or restrict access if a restaurant account is misused, unpaid, used for unauthorized activity, violates our Terms & Conditions, or creates security or operational risk.
Such suspension may not be treated as voluntary cancellation and may not qualify for refund.
9. Data After Cancellation and Reactivation
After cancellation becomes effective, restaurant access may be disabled or restricted. Some records may be retained for billing, security, legal, tax, dispute resolution, backup, or operational purposes.
If the restaurant reactivates the same old TableNumber account later, existing restaurant setup data may be reused where technically available. Setup fee is not charged again when setup fee was already paid, waived, or covered on the same account.
If the restaurant reactivates and upgrades to a higher plan, only the remaining setup-fee difference, if any, may be charged. Restaurants may contact us for account-related data requests, subject to legal, billing, and technical limitations.
